I liked the smoothness of the airport transfer. The speedboat got me to the resort quickly. All the staff were very friendly and warm. The Market Restaurant had a great breakfast. It included lots of choices. The food was also good quality.

The pool chairs were often already taken. Guests put towels down early to reserve them. It was hard to find an available chair at the pool. The room lighting was not well designed. The light switch lit up the whole room at night. The internet connection was horrible.

The hotel location included a private beach and lush gardens filled with lovely plants. The beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains helped me sleep soundly. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and I thought the mango daiquiri was delicious. April assisted with a special request, I am grateful for the unique touch.

I found the breakfast to be really good. There were many choices. The beachfront bar featured a very enjoyable happy hour. The performers singing there provided great entertainment. The pools were beautiful. They reminded me of luxury resorts I have visited in Europe, especially in Mallorca.

I think the air conditioning in the rooms could use some improvement.

the staff was friendly, i guess.

the room i got was supposedly a 'superior king room', but it seemed far from superior. it faced some kinda noisy service area so every morning i was woken by the sounds of clanging and shouting. the bathroom also had plumbing issues and the water pressure was basically nonexistent. i expect better for the price.
